Super fun night
And I had an absolute blast. My body hates me in so many ways today (not enough sleep, legs are sore, feet hurt, etc etc) but DAMN. This town makes Pride week/weekend one hell of a party….
Dancing/drinking/drag show/having gay guys loving my outfit and declaring my boobs “fabulous” Saturday evening in Cap hill. Club got way too crowded to dance/hear the performers — We sadly decided to bolt early but 2 AM pancakes ended the evening on the right sort of note.
Sunday morning was the parade — which literally went RIGHT in front of my apartment. Nothing like hopping out your front door to crowds of people, beads, awesome music and fun floats.
Sunday night was Hedwig and the Angry Inch at the Croc. It was fantastic — & the guy playing Hedwig was beyond amazing. Another night of rocking out, burlesque, & pseudo dancing — plus free sprinkle cupcakes! Couldn’t have imagined a funner way to end Pride here.
This morning was hard… sore muscles, sleep addled brain and cuddling temptations made getting up and ready for woke such a chore. Almost called in, but… pfft. Coffee set me straight and I have great memories (& photos) from a faboosh weekend.

Snapshots from last evening….
VIP “Rock-Star” themed party at the Hard Rock downtown. I was weary due to the location (I mean, come on, the Hard Rock Cafe? Puh-lease!) but it was a super fun evening. Free open bar, free food, had the whole 2nd floor & rooftop to ourselves, live music, and dancing at Noc Noc once the party was over.
